Terms of use

Who we are

RoamList is run by Baidstack Pty Ltd (ABN 69 672 058 712), trading as RoamBlack, Sydney, Australia. Contact: hello@roamblack.com.

What RoamList is

RoamList is a free guide that ranks hotels using guest ratings and review counts from our supplier. It is general information, not advice for your situation. We check our data every night, but ratings, facts and availability can change, and we cannot promise they are complete or current.

Bookings

We do not sell travel. Links such as "Check prices" take you to booking sites. Prices, availability, cancellation rules and your booking contract are between you and that site. Some of these links earn us a commission, as explained in our affiliate disclosure.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of information on this site or from bookings made with other businesses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one.
